In order to guarantee the best possible stay, we invite you to read our Pet Policy.

Dear Guest,
the Management and Staff of the Hotel Roma are happy to announce that small / medium-sized dogs are welcome at our facility and will be able to reside with you during your stay.

For this reason, also in compliance with current regulations (law 281/1991), we invite you to read our “Pet Policy” in order to make your stay perfect for both you and your 4-legged friend.

1. Small / medium-sized dogs are allowed in the hotel up to a maximum weight of 10 kg in the maximum number of 1 per room, with the exception of guide animals.
2. At the time of booking it is mandatory to communicate the presence of your dog in order to be able to assign you a room with ceramic flooring, it is not allowed to stay in the presence of an animal in rooms with parquet and carpet. The Management reserves the right to accept the animal at its discretion, and in any case, if it does not comply with what is declared by the Guest.
3. Hotel Roma has a small welcome kit for 4-legged guests that does not include food.
4. Upon arrival at the hotel, it is mandatory to present your pet’s health card (or pet passport if coming from abroad). In the absence of such documentation, the owner must issue a declaration under his responsibility confirming that the animal is regularly vaccinated, healthy, free from parasites and insured for damage that it could cause to property or people.
5. The daily cleaning service can only take place when the animal is not present in the room. To this end, we recommend that you notify the Reception in advance of the time you plan to leave the room empty in order to better organize the work of the maid on the floor.
6. At the end of the stay, a supplement of € 10.00 per day will be required for extraordinary room cleaning.
7. It is not allowed to leave your pet alone in the room in order to prevent it from disturbing other Guests or causing damage to the room. In any case it will be mandatory to leave a mobile phone number for any eventuality.
8. Pets are not allowed to circulate freely inside the hotel, they must be equipped with a leash or a special pet carrier.
9. 4-legged guests can walk, accompanied, in the common areas and along the path from the room to the hotel entrance.
10. It is not allowed to bring pets inside the restaurant or in the breakfast room, even if equipped with a leash and muzzle, with the exception of guide dogs.
11. In the event that the 4-legged guest should dirty the common areas of the hotel, cleaning will be mandatory by the owner who must also notify the reception staff.
12. It is not allowed to let the animal get on beds, armchairs, chairs, tables, neither in the room nor in the common areas.
13. It is not allowed to use bed linen and towels for your animals (grooming, beds or other), in case it will be your concern to bring everything necessary for their well-being, with the exception of the sleeping mat.
14. We are counting on your cooperation in preventing your pet from causing excessive noise, both aggressive and offensive. If your pet is considered dangerous or cause nuisance, the Management may request an early termination of the stay at its discretion.
15. At the end of the stay, the owner is required to compensate the Hotel for any damage caused by his / her pet. If you do not have a specific insurance, Hotel Roma will charge the amount due on the credit card provided as a guarantee.
16. For anything not specified, we refer to the provisions of art. 2052 of the Civil Code: “Damage caused by animals – The owner of an animal or whoever uses it for the time in which it is in use, is responsible for the damage caused by the animal, whether it was in its custody or was lost or escaped, unless proven by chance (cc. 2051) “.
